Unfortunately, this is not like in the US, Canada, or Australia. There is no central authority for this 😪😪. Germany has 16 federal states, and each federal state has its own requirements. Therefore, there are NOT one approbation authority but 16. 😖

The required documents are mostly similar, but unfortunately there are slight differences. Which documents you have to bring is written on the website of each approbation authority. But if you still do not know where exactly to apply, then we prepared a general list of documents that would probably suffice most of the time. 🥳 The list of the documents is in this article.
